`ERP Write (Costpoint)` is a mutation tool. Does an outbound follow-up agent really need write access to the core ERP?

Override note (Priya Shah): Write access is required to record the agreed recovery schedule back to the ERP. It is gated behind approval-broker, so no unattended writes. Keeping it.
